Cai Lin (AKA Medusa) is Xiao Yan's wife and Xiao Xiao's mother. She came from the lower plane(BTTH) together with her husband, where she was originally known as Queen Medusa, queen of a Snake-man tribe. She evolved into a Nine-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python and although she never gets to show off her strength, it's said that she can devour an Earthly Sovereign expert. She stayed by the side of Xiao Yan, together with Xun Er, at the final battle as they faced the Demon Emperor with the people from Martial Realm.
