Mu Fei (Teacher MO) is the Head Instructor of East Branch in the Northern Spiritual Academy. When the Northern Spiritual Academy got a seeded entry to the Five Great Academies, he took Mu Chen on as a personal student, taking him to the Spiritual Arts Room Third Floor.
