When one first begins cultivation, those with a higher-grade Spiritual Pulse (灵脉, lit. Spiritual Veins) will cultivate faster. However, as one reaches a certain level of strength, the concept of spiritual pulses gradually fades. Many believe that spiritual pulses are only useful in the early stages of cultivation and become less significant later on. But the deep-seated spiritual pulse within the body doesn't become useless; rather, most people lack the strength to truly refine it. To do so, one must meet a necessary condition: becoming a Heavenly Sovereign and cultivating a Heavenly Sovereign Spiritual Body (天尊灵体, lit. Heavenly Venerable Spiritual Body)
Only by transforming the physical body into a spiritual body can one sense the deep-seated spiritual pulse and subsequently refine it, allowing one's spiritual body to reach a perfect state.
Divine Pulse[]
Legend has it that above the Heavenly-grade spiritual pulse, there exists a rare type of spiritual pulse known as the Divine-grade spiritual pulse. Those who possess this pulse are one in a million. Although the manifestations of spiritual pulses may vary, they can always be differentiated by quantity, ranging from one to nine. One or two represent Human-grade spiritual pulses, three or four are Earth-grade, five or six are Heavenly-grade, and seven to nine are Divine-grade. While possessing a Divine-grade pulse doesn't guarantee one will become a Heavenly Sovereign, it significantly increases the chances compared to ordinary people.
Spiritual Pulse Divine Ability[]
Only by refining the spiritual pulse hidden deep within the flesh and completely merging it with the Heavenly Sovereign Spiritual Body can the Heavenly Sovereign Spiritual Body be fully perfected. A perfected Heavenly Sovereign Spiritual Body not only possesses greater mysteries but will also generally develop a Spiritual Pulse Divine Ability. The development of this divine ability is often related to the cultivation method one practices. The level of the spiritual pulse divine ability depends on the strength of the internal spiritual pulse. It is said that some spiritual pulse divine abilities derived from Divine-grade spiritual pulses can be considered among the top-tier divine abilities, perhaps even comparable to the 36 Peerless Divine Abilities.

Spiritual Pulses are divided into three types, depending on the number of pulses; Human with 1-2 pulses, with Earth 3-4, Heaven with 5-6, and the Legendary Divine pulse, with 7-9 pulses.
A spiritual pulse is known to bring numerous benefits to cultivators training. In general, a person who possesses a Spiritual Pulse would have a much faster training speed than normal individuals, and would also experience many shortcuts.[1] Activating their spiritual pulse will improve the owner's battle prowess considerably.[2]
When one reaches the Heavenly Sovereign Realm, they will form what is called a Heavenly Sovereign Spiritual Physique and describes the physique of a Heavenly Sovereign when their bodies can be turned into pure spiritual energy. When one breaks though into the Heavenly Sovereign Realm, they refine their Spiritual Pulse to perfect their Heavenly Sovereign Spiritual Body. After this transformation takes place, the Sovereign Spiritual Physique will be more power and also possess a Spiritual Pulse Divine Ability, The Spiritual Pulse Divine Ability is reliant on the cultivation technique of the user and the grade of their Spiritual Pulse.[3]
It is said that the Spiritual Pulse Divine Abilities of a Divine Spiritual Pulse are able to be compared with Peerless Divine Abilities and maybe even with the 36 Peerless Divine Abilities.
