Su Ling'Er is a beauty of the Northern Heavens Spiritual Academy that occupied the number one spot on the Spirit Ranking until Mu Chen took the spot for himself. After losing her place to Mu Chen, she challenged Luo Li, which ended in a stalemate and as a result, took a liking to Luo Li. She despised Mu Chen at first, especially after he took her place in Spirit ranking and was 'taught a lesson' by Mu Chen when she confronted him. Mu Chen never took her anger seriously, even helped her in some occasion later on, which would gradually change her view on him.
