Xiao Xiao (Chinese: 潇潇, pinyin: Xiāo Xiāo) is the daughter of Xiao Yan and Cai Lin. She is considered to be incredibly beautiful, with Mu Chen acknowledging that her beauty doesn't lose out to Luo Li's. For her age, she possesses a youthful appearance, and there is a suggestion that there is a link between this and the fact that she likes to nap, sometimes napping for years at a time. Thus, when she met Mu Chen for the first time, she didn't appear to be much older than him. She is among the strongest of the younger generation and is always accompanied by Xiao Cai, a Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python. Together, they have fought several battles alongside Mu Chen as they explored dungeons together, also helping him with his cultivation, most notably helping him in earning his True Dragon Phoenix Body.

She had snow-white naked body. Her hair, which seemed like a waterfall. She had arched brows, a pointed nose, rosy lips, as well as eyes that seemed like two pieces of obsidian under her slender eyelashes. There was also a layer of gloss on her snow-white skin. She had a snow-white neck that was as graceful as a swan, and an exquisite collarbone, which was slim and alluring. Further down you could see the ample curves.

After met Mu Chen, Cai Xiao had decided to go to the Dragon Phoenix Haven. So she can obtain the blood essences of a True Dragon, then Xiao Cai can undergo a complete evolution and her also have no need to go into a deep slumber.
Myriad Viper Sovereign tried to capture Cai Xiao, she then crushed a scarlet jade plaque with a clench of her fist. When the jade plaque was destroyed, blazing flames poured out and enveloped Cai Xiao’s figure. The flames around Cai Xiao were extremely abnormal. The gorgeous flames flew back and gathered above her, forming into a fire image that looked like a cauldron with a person on it. That person had his hands behind his back with his black hair fluttering in the wind. Behind him, there was a black ruler. Although that figure was only an image, it was as if even the heavens and earth were beneath his feet. Cai Xiao then revealed she is the daughter of Flame Emperor Xiao Yan.

- After each nap, her strength would greatly soar. The last time she took a year nap and stepped into realm of Heavenly Sovereign.
- Although the seven-colored heaven swallowing python is not a beast of Great Thousand World, once it evolved, it would not lose out to Divine Beast of the world
- Xiao Xiao almost always fights with Xiao Cai on her side, and always looks for means to get stronger.
- Every time Xiao Cai's strength levels up, Xiao Xiao subsequently gets stronger.
- Yao Chen was her teacher in BTTH. Later on, the two would travel together to Ancient Budha Clan, where they would eventually help Mu Chen together with Lin Jing and Lin Diao of Martial Realm.
